They also can offer amenities such as dog parks, pocket parks, walking trails, swimming pools and clubhouses with exercise and game rooms. Finally, they provide access to quality new homes with options for price ranges to meet various budgets.
Atlanta is popular with homebuyers for multiple reasons. Atlanta has a relatively low cost of living, a great job market, diverse culture and entertainment options and a wide range of affordable housing options. Atlanta has many popular outdoor locations for those who love to explore nature, like the Chattahoochee River, Lake Lanier, Allatoona Lake and Stone Mountain.
Metro Atlanta is close to several major highways and has an international airport, making it easy to get around the city or travel for business or leisure. People like living in Atlanta for many reasons. It has a vibrant culture, various entertainment and dining options, a strong economy, and a low cost of living. The city also has many significant attractions, such as the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, Zoo Atlanta and the Fox Theatre.
A map showing location of each community and price range would be useful to both prospects AND builders, as neither buyer or seller would waste time going back-n-forth about communities that would not meet buyers’ criteria.
