Top 25 Atlanta Homebuilders Recognized by Atlanta Business Chronicle

    The wait for top 25 Atlanta homebuilders is over! The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s list is hot off the press. Atlanta home builders included in the list are ranked by the number of homes closed in 2016 in the metro Atlanta real estate market.

    In 2016, D. R. Horton Inc. topped the list with  3,070 homes, followed by Century Communities of Georgia with 1,265 homes closed in 2016. The top 10 homebuilders includes several large companies such as Chafin Communities claiming a top 10 spot at 406 homes. A variety of smaller homebuilders made the list, as well. Edward Andrews Homes took the No. 12 spot with 263 homes, SR Homes was ranked No. 17 with 123 homes and Monte Hewett Homes was ranked at No. 21 with 74 homes. At the bottom of the list is Peachtree Residential Properties with 38 homes.
