The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) is excited to announce its second Continuing Education (CE) Course of 2019: Staging to Sell. Join fellow Realtors on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to learn “what every agent should know” when it comes to home staging.

Presented by Barbara Heil-Sonneck of Design2Sell, this class will define what home staging is and what it entails. Get the facts on working with a professional stager and how to focus on potential buyers’ likes and dislikes. Learn how to introduce staging to your clients and walk away with statistics and facts on how to share them. Get tips on talking to your clients about staging, how to overcome objections and address common concerns. Discover the latest trends in design!

Barbara has been designing spaces for over 10 years with her comprehensive home remodeling background. She is an Accredited Home Staging Professional, SAR certified and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Home Staging and Redesign Association (HSRA). Barbara and her team aim to bring the “wow” factor to every home staging project through a passion and commitment for excellence within Interior Design and Real Estate.
