Trilith Wins Mixed-Use Community of the Year at OBIE Awards

Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Trilith Development on the stellar win of Mixed-Use Community of the Year for Trilith at the 41st Annual OBIE Awards celebration. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the awards recognize the leaders in Atlanta’s new home construction industry.

“An OBIE is considered the premier award in the Atlanta home building industry, and we couldn’t be more excited and humbled to see our builders, designers and marketing team recognized for the outstanding work they are doing,” said Rob Parker, president of the Town at Trilith. “We look forward to continuing to provide a community where makers can live, create and inspire the world.”

Just south of Atlanta, a walkable town is rising across the street from the largest film studio in the South, Trilith Atlanta Studios. Built upon research that focuses on human flourishing, creativity, and new urbanism, Trilith is a place for residents to be their best selves and create great work.

Trilith’s ecosystem includes a downtown area with 12 top-rated restaurants, 20 shops, a performing arts center, cinema, boutique hotel, world-class wellness center, arts district, writers’ rooms, co-working space and an innovative micro-school. The community of 1,300 front doors features ample green space for residents to enjoy, including 54 acres of forest.

The target market for Trilith is the next generation of creators, entrepreneurs and storytellers. In addition, the community is a perfect haven for those wanting to escape city life for a more peaceful existence. Close proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport also offers ease of travel in a quiet haven separate from Atlanta’s urban environment. Trilith families flock to Acton Academy and The Forest School for a well-rounded education immersed in the new urbanist lifestyle.
