Trilith Development

Trilith is an award-winning 235-acre master-planned residential and mixed-use development located in Fayetteville, Georgia (south metro Atlanta). Adjacent to Trilith Studios and envisioned as a haven for storytellers and creatives, the new urbanist development is a contemporary walkable environment.

Inspired by Europe’s walkable and picturesque villages, Trilith adds a modern twist and Hollywood luxury to classical architecture to create a harmonious blend of functional and beautiful homes. From modern Nordic homes and Georgian London facades to fairy-tale cottages and Provencal micro villages, each home is crafted to be sustainable, timeless and stunning.

A Town for Creatives

Trilith is committed to the fundamental principles of new urbanism, a way of living that promotes a walkable neighborhood with proximity to all necessities for homeowners. Its closeness to a vibrant, fun, energetic film and television industry is reflected in home designs to encourage homeowners to thrive in an authentic community. People are hungry for personal connection, walkability to local businesses and a diverse area to thrive and grow.

Trilith Studios is the second-largest film and television studio in North America. The studios are an essential component of the neighborhood that was built with local creative professionals in mind. The dream was to create a community that adhered to the needs and wants of creatives and film industry professionals in the thriving Atlanta area known as the “Hollywood of the South”. This community creates a unique place for residents to “Live…Create…[and] Play.”

Green Community

The town of Trilith has committed 51% of its land to green, natural space. Each home is located on or adjacent to “pocket parks” which are small green areas for residents that offer an escape amongst the urban backdrop of metro Atlanta.

Green spaces within an urban center promote the well-being of homeowners and the importance of physical and mental health. The goal of this development is to be a space where homeowners can flourish and comfortably pursue their goals in an invigorating space. Green spaces are diverse spots for residents to relax, play, exercise and socialize.

There are several green amenities sprinkled throughout the community to offer Trilith residents a natural escape. Explore the local flora by hiking 15 miles of trails or taking a stroll along a boardwalk that passes through adjacent wetlands. Enjoy some physical activity by spending time at the basketball or tennis courts or bring the family to one of the many local playgrounds. A resort-style swimming pool is also available during those dogwood days of summer when the only thing on the mind is a relaxing, cool swim.

Green spaces are vital in urban communities and promote the health and well-being of residents, offering plentiful spaces to exercise, socialize and play. These incorporated green spaces adhere to the needs of homes of all shapes and sizes and add a sense of place to this beautiful community. Homeowners are encouraged to go out and explore their surrounding area and spend quality time both indoors and outdoors.

Additionally, each home harnesses geothermal energy, which allows the natural temperature of the earth’s crust to regulate the temperature of the homes and its water supply. Climate change and sustainable living are two leading components of the development and design of Trilith, and the community boasts 40 to 70% less energy use, speaking to the target audience of young, emerging creatives from all over the world.
