Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates The Interior Partners for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model $200,000 to $299,999 category for the model home at Lennar Atlanta’s Cannon Place community in Cumming. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The way this model was furnished really helped sell this floor plan. The design team was able to show an ample dining area, an important feature for a family, as well as plenty of seating on the main level. Many comments were made that the unit felt larger furnished than empty!

In this home, trim details were kept to a minimum on purpose to maintain the price point of the product. The trim added during the merchandising process helped add a focus detail for the entry foyer.

The Interior Partners also had the extra challenge of incorporating a functioning and durable selection area into the actual model. This was accomplished by tying the table into the bonus room in a cohesive way. The design team added wood flooring up two walls to showcase not only the floor selection but to add drama.

Finally, both children’s areas offer memory points for the seller, and a cohesive color pallet throughout also helps the buyer to travel through the unit without any major breaks to the eye.
