Lennar Atlanta recently announced the appointment of new home sales veteran Tracie Shaw to the position of Area Sales Manager.  In this new position Tracie will be responsible for day to day sales management of the Lennar new home communities throughout the Atlanta market.

Lennar Atlanta Director of Sales and Marketing, Ginny Bryant commented, “We are utterly delighted to have found someone with Tracie’s background in the Atlanta new home market to guide and assist our our sales team on to further successes as Lennar enters their second year in Atlanta.”

After completing her degree in Business Management, a stint in the United States Navy and experience as a manager in other areas of business, Tracie entered the new home industry in 2001 and since has been a consistently top producing salesperson and manager receiving recogntion from groups such as Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR), National Sales and Marketing Council, and was awarded the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council’s Gold Obie Award in 2007 for Top Salesperson.

This appointment comes as Lennar Atlanta prepares to open their 10th community in less than one year since entering the market.    Success has come in multiple communities including the top selling Caswell Overlook townhomes in Marietta as well as single family homes in East Cobb, Gwinnett and South Forsyth.
