Since its establishment in 2005, GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company headquartered in Atlanta, has administered the Guildmaster Award to acknowledge and commend professionals in home building, remodeling and contracting who exhibit the highest standard of customer service across the U.S. and Canada. Among nearly 2,000 eligible contenders, Smith Douglas Homes stands as one of over 400 businesses recognized within the residential construction industry by GuildQuality for consistently providing exemplary customer care.
In the selection process for the 2024 Guildmaster Award recipients, GuildQuality scrutinized thousands of survey responses from customers of Guildmaster candidates, focusing on two key metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers indicating they would recommend the business to others and the response rate from customers.
In 2023, Smith Douglas Homes Atlanta concluded 1,016 homes and attained a commendation rate of 93% from customers surveyed by GuildQuality.
