If you’re looking for a few ways to enjoy the warmer spring weather with your whole family, you’ll want to add the Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival to your calendar. This annual favorite will be held in downtown Kennesaw on Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, April 21 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Attendees will be able to explore more than 250 crafters, artisans and vendors as they chow down on festival food, listen to live entertainment, spend time at the children’s activities and watch the parade, which will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Residents of our West Cobb new home communities won’t have to travel for a fun-filled day at the festival. If you aren’t a resident, but wish you were, so that you could benefit from all that West Cobb has to offer all year long, be sure to check out our new homes.

Bruster Manor is now selling 10 homes in four new home designs with features such as hardwood floors, granite countertops and stained cabinets priced from the mid $200,000s.

Vineyard Place East is a stunning 75 home community also with four home designs and signature interior finishes from the low $200,000s. Residents will also enjoy an amenity area complete with swimming pool, cabana and playground.
