Paran Homes is excited to announce its new vice president of Construction, Josh Paterson. He has an impressive resume full of projects with highly respected builders and widely recognizable commercial brands. As more growth is projected for Paran Homes in 2018, Paterson’s addition is timely and he has proven himself to be a reliable team member.
“Josh brings with him a wealth of experience and a very cool body of work that includes construction projects for Bugaboo Creek Steakhouses, Dunkin Donuts, IHOP, Chili’s, public schools and medical facilities, as well as a variety of communities launched by a number of builders who share a similar dedication to quality,” said Michael Rosenberg, president of Paran Homes. “Like us, Josh is very focused on the customer experience. He’s going to be looking to streamline processes, increase value and enhance our level of quality even further for the good of the Paran Homes’ buyer.”
Paterson has been in the construction industry since 1992. He has worked with GT Builders, Touchstone Homes, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods and Taylor Morrison. During his tenure at Touchstone Homes, the company was named “America’s Best Builder” by Builder Magazine (2007).
He began his career working alongside his father at a family-owned construction company with builders such as Centex Homes. Paterson was drawn to Paran Homes by the opportunity it represents for him and the rest of the leadership team to take it to the next level. Paran being privately owned and boasting an outstanding corporate culture was a bonus.
