The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Intown Renovations Group for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Remodeling – Bathroom Under $25,000 category for a bathroom remodel at a private residence in Atlanta. The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

The objective of this remodel was to take an outdated master bath and turn it into an updated luxury master bath that had both high style and modern features incorporated in a way that was cost effective and did not break the budget. The original bathroom had a small shower and an impractical tub for the clients. The fixtures were outdated and the room lacked the warmth the clients were looking for in the remodel.

The room, now called the spa, had the tub and small shower removed and replaced with a large walk-in two-fixture shower with rain head. A large door-less glass panel gave the shower a clean, open, modern appeal. For warmth, Intown Renovations Group used a travertine tile with a glass accent and installed custom dark stained bath cabinets. To keep the budget in check, the team used the same footprint as the original bathroom.
