New home buyers looking for added incentive to purchase a home will benefit from this week’s Deal of the Week. Atlanta area builder Fortress Builders is offering home buyers free blinds throughout the home, as well as a free refrigerator, when they sign a contract with Fortress and close by June 30, 2015. Five Fortress Builders communities around Cobb and Cherokee counties are offering this deal.
Located off of Canton Road, Chimney Cottages and Madison Glen Commons feature ranch-style condominium homes. Chimney Cottages is specifically designated for active adults, and homes in this community are priced from $240,000. Homes at Madison Glen commons are priced from $250,000. All of these homes include extensive hardwood flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen, and wide doorways and hallways for easy accessibility. These homes also have two-car garages and provide residents with low-maintenance living.
Brookstone Manor is part of an incredibly popular West Cobb community, Brookstone Country Club which has been around for years. The
community has new ranch condominiums priced from $230,000 that offer low-maintenance living, access to a private clubhouse with fitness center and swimming pool, and access to area restaurants and retail, like The Avenue West Cobb, Town Center Mall and more.
The fourth Fortress Builders community featured in the Deal of the Week is Cyrus Creek. Cyrus Creek is a townhome community located off of Highway 41 between Acworth and Kennesaw. This community offers easy access to Interstate 75, and it is convenient to area shopping and dining. The final Fortress Builders community in this deal is Bruster Manor. This is an intimate community of 12 homes priced from $290,000. The community sits off Macland Road and offers easy access to Interstate 75, the historic Marietta Square, The Avenue West Cobb and Town Center Mall. Buyers can choose from open floor plans that feature hardwood floors and upgraded kitchens.
