The association hosted its National Awards for new home sales and marketing. During the awards, Empire Communities was honored for marketing excellence for various low-rise and high-rise communities across North America, including for an Atlanta intown community.
Empire Communities received the following awards:
- Gold for Best Graphic Continuity for the Empire Atlanta Intown community launch
- Gold for Best Sales/Leasing Centre for Empire Avalon in Caledonia, Ontario
- Gold for Best Presentation Centre for Empire Quay House in Toronto, Ontario
- Gold for Best Social Media Campaign for Home Reimagined in Texas and Ontario, Canada
- Silver for interior model home, merchandising, digital marketing, direct mail, use of technology, special promotion and overall advertising excellence
