Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Berkshire Hathaway City Haus and Marketing Results for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Video/DVD Promotion category for a video promoting Airline condos in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
Airline is a unique project of 29 condos located in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward. Residents just have to step out their front door to be immersed in the area’s vibrant lifestyle.
Airline is bike- and dog-friendly and just steps to the BeltLine and an easy stroll to Krog Street Market – the perfect combination of location and lifestyle.
The target market is urban millennials looking for a contemporary, low-maintenance lifestyle in a vibrant up and coming neighborhood. Marketing efforts all centered around the bright chartreuse green and gunmetal gray logo and the brightly colored icons that reiterated the community’s proximity to the BeltLine, parks, shops and restaurants. A ‘Coming Soon’ teaser video was designed to focus on all the elements that make Airline such an exciting place to live. The video ends with the signature green logo starting with the ‘A’ and running through all the letters in Airline until the whole logo is in green.
The video was eblasted out to agents and consumers as a teaser to what would soon be coming. It ran for several weeks to start getting the Airline name out and to generate “buzz” on who and what Airline is. The video was the first step in announcing Airline to the general public and was followed up with teaser eblast inviting people to register for the VIP list. This provided the sales team with a list of prospective buyers to contact once it started selling. The results were amazing – pre-sales started on Memorial Day weekend and five contracts were written.
