John Schwartz and Peter Michelson are this week’s guests on Atlanta Real Estate Forum radio. John tells us about two fantastic Hall County communities, while Peter shares how his company can help solve your home’s problems.
John Schwartz is the sales manager with Main & Main Realty Group. John has been a real estate broker in Hall County for 25 years, and has worked in a myriad of capacities. Main & Main Realty Group currently manages two communities, Marina Bay on Lake Lanier and Mundy Mill, in Gainesville.
Marina Bay on Lake Lanier is a high-end marina community with 280 community boat slips in addition to their beautiful homes, which are priced from the mid $300,000s to over one million dollars. Buyers are able to choose their lot and builder, making this a truly custom home community. Additional community amenities include a resort-style clubhouse, pool, fitness center, fireplace pavilion, tennis center, playground and several pocket parks.
Their other community, Mundy Mill is in the Oakwood area of Hall County. This mixed use development will have more than 1,100 homes when complete in addition to shops, restaurants and offices. Currently, they are building and selling in the Creekside section, which offers homes from the low to mid $100,000s. Amenities at this community include a pool, picnic pavilion and playground, but there are plans to add additional amenities in the near future.
