Atlanta-area home builders are invited to participate in the 2021 Cocktails and Communities Bus Tour as stops on the excursion, hosted by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, Realtors will visit three new home communities, tour a design studio and enjoy cocktails, food, giveaways and more.

Limited to three communities, the Bus Tour will feature some of the area’s best stops while driving Realtors to tour and explore. Additionally, the tour will feature an exclusive Design Studio tour as the final destination.
