8. Change lighting – Another easy way to update your bathroom is to replace a 3 light fixture with a 5 or 7 light fixture to brighten the space. If you don’t want to replace the entire fixture, try replacing clear globes with frosted ones for a change of pace, or install a lighted switch.
9. Add decorative accessories – A decorative tissue box, a vase of silk or real flowers or other small items can add a splash of color to your bathroom.
10. Keep trash out of sight – If you can’t hide trash behind a cupboard door, use a decorative metal can or an attractive trash basket.
