This year has been outstanding for Soleil Laurel Canyon! 2013 saw the addition of several new residents, exponential growth and record sales numbers, which made for quite a year for the community. For residents, Soleil Laurel Canyon is more than a home; it’s a way of life. Here, numerous events and activities bring residents together while also giving potential residents the opportunity to sample the Soleil lifestyle.

This New Year was ignited by the annual New Year’s Eve Black and White Gala, and Soleil carried the social momentum into February with a chili cook-off. In March, Soleil celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with its “Lucky to Live at Soleil” event. The model home park came alive with green and white décor, festive music, a buffet in the cul-de-sac, Irish-themed finger foods and trinkets in the models – including a desirable pot of gold in the sales gallery.

Events in the spring included the New La Femme Cabaret show, Woodstock Festival, Tennis Charity Event, Garden Tour and a Memorial Day Party, which all brought the residents out of their homes to delight in the warm spring air.

Soleil kept the fun in full-swing as spring began to sizzle into summer with the summer kick-off event, “The Heat is On.” Guests toured the model home park and truly experienced the Soleil community while learning why it’s such an exciting and unique place to live.  Visitors were treated to live music, giveaways and a mini-food truck park. The festive summertime tunes set the mood, keeping everyone cool in the summer heat.

The turning colors of fall were accompanied by an abundance of activities that brought the community together to enjoy the crisp autumn air with events like the Labor Day Luau, Low Country Boil and Oktoberfest.
