At this year’s 41st Annual OBIE Awards, Veridian by Loren Homes was awarded a Gold OBIE Award for Community of the Year with 20 Units or Less. A premier award in the Atlanta new home construction industry, the OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA).
