Amy Kessler with Traton Homes joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio

Vice President of Sales and Marketing Amy Kessler with Traton Homes joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast to chat about new and upcoming communities on the horizon. On the All About Real Estate segment, Kessler sits down with host Carol Morgan to discuss newly decorated model homes and the homebuilding company’s involvement in Cobb Christmas.

Kessler boasts more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has worked in the specialty market of local Atlanta home builders for most of her career. In 2019, Kessler was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing after starting her journey with Traton Homes as a real estate agent.

Traton Homes is a homegrown Atlanta builder with over 50 years of experience building within the metro Atlanta housing market. Known as one of the top home builders in the region, Traton Homes takes pride in building thoughtfully crafted homes throughout metro Atlanta, including Cobb, Fulton, Forsyth, Paulding and Cherokee counties, as well as in parts of Florida.

Kessler said, “We have really spread our wings in the last year.”

While 2023 is an interesting year for real estate, Traton Homes experienced a higher demand for new construction homes – despite rising interest rates and low resale inventory. Traton Homes provides a unique product line that fills the void of new homes in the market that perfectly align with prospective buyers, including townhomes for first-time buyers or individuals looking to downsize, single-family homes for growing families and active-adult homes for buyers seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle.

Kessler said, “There is such a great thing about a new home, and I think homeowners like putting their unique stamp on it.”

Located in Mableton, Avenbrook by Traton Homes is a new single-family home community now selling in Cobb County. Starting in the mid $400,000s, this exciting community features homes highlighting four to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms and two-car garages. Nearly sold out of phase one, the homebuilding company will be starting phase two development soon.

Kessler said, “Avenbrook has been a home run so far!”

Offering two to three-story townhomes, High Parc at Smyrna by Traton Homes is in a premier location just minutes from Battery Atlanta, Silver Comet Trail and Truist Park. Priced from the low $500,000s, this community provides homes showcasing approximately 2,000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

Kessler said, “The location of High Parc at Smyrna is a winner!”
