Built by Dillard-Jones Builders, this year’s showcase home will be open for touring each Friday through Sunday from Friday, September 27 through Sunday, December 22.

Named Quarry Ridge, this year’s home spans 3,989 square feet, and overlooks the mountains, a picturesque lake and hole number 17 on Currahee Club’s Rolex World’s Top 1000 Golf Course.

The home’s first floor showcases spacious, open living areas including a kitchen, dining room and L-shaped great room combination with a see-through fireplace, vaulted ceilings and large windows offering panoramic views throughout. The first floor master suite is a true retreat with coffered ceilings in the bedroom, a built-in coffee bar, spa bathroom with vaulted ceilings and his and hers sinks and a large walk-in closet. Completing the main level is a mudroom with pet area, office or fourth bedroom with bathroom and a two-car garage with detached carriage house for golf cart storage. On the second floor, two secondary bedrooms with bathrooms, an upstairs living space and a bonus room complete this home.

Quarry Ridge truly embraces the notion of bringing the outdoors in and the indoors out with more than 730 square feet of outdoor living space, including a front porch, outdoor living room with fireplace and retractable screens, a patio garden and a second floor balcony offering breathtaking vistas.
