Kelly Fink was also asked about trends being seen right now in the Atlanta real estate market. One of the most popular aspects of new homes is incorporating outdoor living. The Providence Group has worked with California-based architects, and the builder now offers plans with family rooms that have an entire wall open completely to the outside. Other features include home plans with third-story living spaces when the home sites can’t accommodate basements, as well as casual dining spaces connected to the kitchen.
Home buyers can find many of these new, innovate floor plans and popular features at two of The Providence Group’s most high-profile, popular communities – Bellmoore Park and Traditions.
At Traditions, a lifestyle-centered community in South Forsyth, The Providence Group recently opened its brand new model home. Located just minutes from GA 400 and the Collection at Forsyth, Traditions offers new homes priced from the mid-$300,000 with up to six bedrooms and 4,600 square feet of living space. At Traditions, homeowners will enjoy fantastic amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and 12 community parks, as well as direct access to the Big Creek Greenway and Fowler Park.
Bellmoore Park, a 600-home community in Johns Creek, features two interactive sales kiosks that supplement the work of community sales agents. With so much traffic visiting the community, the kiosks allow interested home buyers to experience the community via an interactive display, see real-time home site available, view interactive floor plans and more.
At Bellmoore Park, home buyers can choose from four different home collections with prices starting in the $400,000s. In addition to offering beautiful homes, Bellmoore Park features a fitness center, clubhouse, multiple parks, a wedding garden, children’s playground, a gated entrance and lawn maintenance.
