Farrell Middleton, president of The Bell Curve of Life, joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast to discuss his new company, The Bell Curve of Life program. Middleton sits down with host Carol Morgan on the All About Real Estate segment to share what The Bell Curve of Life offers and who can benefit from the program.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Middleton currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, Cathy, and is a proud father of two adult daughters, living in the area. Middleton graduated with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned his degree in building construction. After graduating, Middleton entered the Atlanta home-building industry and had a long, successful 36-year career. In early 2022, Middleton decided to start his long-awaited second career as a teacher, coach and mentor.
Middleton said, “The Bell Curve of Life has been a goal of mine for most of my adult life, and I have been loosely working on the concept for many years!”
Switching careers at 57 years old, Middleton began The Bell Curve of Life to help individuals maintain a positive attitude, enhance their interpersonal communication skills, build relationships and improve problem-solving abilities. With timeless principles, The Bell Curve of Life can be utilized in one year, five or 20 years, with the fundamentals proving useful long after.
Middleton said, “There is a very strong focus for the participants on maintaining a positive attitude and focusing on the journey in order to arrive at their destination.”
Each topic within the program relates to certain circumstances that people find themselves in on a routine basis, both personally and professionally. The Bell Curve of Life delivers offerings in four different categories – one for personal focus and three for professional guidance. The main structure of the program is made for approximately 10 participants with 90-minute sessions to discuss and explore a single topic. Most importantly, participants do not have to worry about preparation or outside work for these sessions!
Middleton said, “Just come with a positive attitude, an open mind and we’ll have a great time!”
Middleton mentions that his favorite topic within the personal category is “Cathy and Farrell Had Nine Parents Between Them,” which dives into maintaining a healthy family and personal and professional relationships. Participants will learn practices and tools to help work on and foster the most important relationships and how to move on accordingly when a relationship turns sour.
Middleton said, “You have to relate to people positively. It’s just how the world works!”
