This week’s deal comes to us from Tamra Wade and Partners’ client Premier Residential. The builder is offering a two-fold deal for both Realtors and buyers at The Manor at Forest Park located in Morrow.
The builder is offering a four percent commission to Realtors selling homes in The Manor at Forest Park. In addition, buyers receive a $3,000 closing cost bonus when using a preferred lender and a $2,000 anyway you want it bonus.

From Atlanta , go south on I-75 to the Forest Parkway exit and turn right onto Forest Parkway. Travel about 5 miles and the community will be on the left.
Surrounding the community, home buyers will find attractions such as Spivey Hall, The National Archives, Clayton State University, Turner Field, The Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coke, Underground Atlanta and the Georgia Dome.
