There are plenty of great Halloween events awaiting you this October near our boo-tiful Azalea Homes communities. Check them out and go have a howling good time!

Located off Stilesboro Road in Kennesaw, Kenyon Farms and Edgeboro Park are just minutes away from fall fun! On October 19 from 6 to 10 p.m. and October 20 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Kennesaw Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History presents, “The Haunted Museum – A Night at the Asylum.” Bringing history to life, this haunted tour uses the premise that the museum was built on top of land that once held a sanatorium for the criminally insane. The sanatorium burnt down and the museum was later built, thus creating a chilling tale of mysterious happenings for the haunted museum tour. This event is not recommended for children aged 12 and younger.

Another great fall family event in West Cobb is the Halloween rock and roll spectacular at the Earl Smith Strand Theatre called, “Strandemonium!” This high-tempo, fang-tastic event features a live song and dance musical revue filled with surprises that the audience will love! The elegant community of Waterford Commons in the Sandtown community of South Fulton, also has a ton of Halloween fun right around the corner. Check out the family-friendly “Boo at the Zoo” located at Zoo Atlanta. This event is held on October 20, 21, 27 and 28, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kids can arrive dressed up to participate in costume contests and more! On Saturday, October 20, Boo at the Zoo presents ‘Family Nightcrawler,’ an event that features pumpkin painting, myth-busting and trick-or-treating!

Looking for an adult Halloween outing in South Fulton? Check out the Little Five Points Halloween Festival & Parade on October 20, listed as one of the top ten Halloween events in the country! This event features art and market vendors, live music and entertainment all day long, excellent food and beverages and an amazing Halloween parade. This event is strictly adult, so leave your little ghouls with a ghoul-sitter!
