1.  2013 Kickoff Concert featuring Sheryl Crow and Uncle Kracker

Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Centennial Olympic Park

The 2013 Kickoff Concert, presented by 680 The Fan, is free to the public and will take place at the north end of Centennial Olympic Park prior to the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game. Gates will open at noon, and the concert will conclude promptly at 4:30 p.m. This free concert celebrates the opening of the college football season in Atlanta.

2. Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game, Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Virgina Tech Hokies

Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the Georgia Dome

Football is back, and reigning National Champion Alabama takes on Virginia Tech to open the 2013 college football season in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game. Kickoff time has been set for 5:30 p.m. EST and the game will be nationally televised on ESPN.

3. Labor Day at the Mountain

Saturday, August 3, 2013 through Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park

4. Labor Day NASCAR Night Race Weekend, AdvoCare 500

It’s the Labor Day NASCAR night race weekend, and it’s under the lights on a favorite track of fans and drivers alike. 5. Labor Day Fireworks Display

Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Riverstone Plaza in Canton

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic baskets and enjoy the show! Music will be provided by Ray’s Music Machine. Fireworks will begin at 7 p.m. This event is sponsored by Canton Tourism, Inc.
