Have you ever seen an advertisement for a fabulous community and wondered what life there is really like? Well Soleil Laurel Canyon, one of Atlanta’s premier, resort-style active adult communities, offers potential homebuyers just such an opportunity. Soleil representatives traveled to Chicago, Ill., earlier this month to present information about the community’s unique lifestyle to a brand new audience at RPI Media’s Live South Real Estate Show and came away with 20 Sneak-a-Peek reservations.

Soleil’s Sneak-a-Peek program gives potential homebuyers an all-inclusive three day, two night stay at a furnished inventory home at the 330-acre community. Guests are able to tour the community’s 5,000-square foot Sales Gallery and Design Center as well as the 28,000-square foot clubhouse. They also receive a complimentary dinner for two, two rounds of golf, tennis privileges and full access to the clubhouse and amenities.

Since the summer of 2010, the Sneak-a-Peek program has resulted in six sales and two lot reservations. Fred Saffir and Wilma Libar, two former Florida residents, took advantage of Soleil’s offer and came away impressed.

“It was wonderful to have the opportunity to experience living at Soleil by viewing the home and its construction from the inside,” said Saffir. “We also had the chance to explore the area at our leisure. We spoke to several people at the clubhouse, but more beneficially, struck up a conversation with one resident couple outside their home. They invited us in and we spent 45 minutes or so with them which really gave us a great perspective about Soleil and their home construction process.”
