The Atlanta Chapter of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry,) will present the Second Annual Tour of Remodeled Homes, Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 1-2, 2011. Homes throughout metro Atlanta that have been remodeled by NARI member organizations will be open to the public from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the ALS Division of MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association).
The tour will showcase projects from the following home remodeling companies:

- Decks & More, Inc., Smyrna, GA
- Distinctive Remodeling Solutions, Inc., Roswell, GA
- Hall Construction & Real Estate Services, LLC, Smyrna, GA
- Home Forge Remodeling, LLC, Decatur, GA
- Innovative Outdoors, LLC, Duluth, GA
- Weidman & Associates, Inc., Roswell, GA
The eight homes on the tour are located in Roswell, Dunwoody, Marietta, Vinings, Brookhaven and Sandy Springs.
“The tour is a wonderful way to demonstrate the variety of home remodeling expertise offered by NARI members,” said Lou Alvarado, president of Handy Husband and president of NARI Atlanta. “The tour will feature homes with new kitchen and bath renovations, lush landscapes, outdoor living areas and major home additions, including one home with a new indoor pool. This year we have expanded the tour to two days, to make it easy for attendees to visit the homes they are most interested in seeing.”
