The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association is bringing its members a scattered site Parade of Homes this spring! From April 20-29, home builders can showcase their model homes and take part in this valuable networking, marketing and advertising event that will place their homes in front of potential buyers.
Home builders who want an unbelievable opportunity to show their homes to buyers should not hesitate to enter their model homes into the Parade. The cost of entry is $2,500 to enter three model homes and enter a fourth for free and $1,800 for every additional model home entered after the fourth.
A partnership with the Atlanta Journal Constitution has allowed the Greater Atlanta HBA the opportunity to advertise and market the homes to all kinds of Atlanta home buyers. Thanks to the AJC, the Parade of Homes will have its own comprehensive website with mapping and a website link on AJC.com. The Parade of Homes’ own magazine will be inserted into the AJC’s over 80,000 copies and several ads will run on www.AJCHomeFinder.com for two weeks leading up to the Parade. Additional marketing and advertising strategies include running ads on Facebook, Trulia and Zillow, prize offerings at models, social media marketing and more.
“It is our hope to bring traffic and generate sales with a strategic marketing blitz,” the Greater Atlanta HBA said.
Sponsorship and advertising opportunities for the Parade of Homes will be available soon. For questions about the Parade of Homes, visit www.AtlantaHomeBuilders.com, call 770-938-9900 or email MSaunders@AtlantaHBA.com.
