Announced at this year’s 43rd Annual OBIE Awards, Leslie Gaines with Rocklyn Homes was honored with the OBIE Award for Salesperson of the Year! On behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) to recognize the leaders in the metro Atlanta new home construction industry.

In 2015, Gaines began her career in real estate as an assistant at one of Rocklyn Homes’ communities, Princeton Lakes, and within a year, was promoted to Community Sales Manager at Renaissance in South Park. Two years later, in 2017, Gaines was presented the OBIE Award for Rooke Salesperson of the Year with over 126 homes sold.

Gaines continues to log outstanding sales numbers in the Renaissance at South Park – with her numbers especially notable as the community does not sell to investors! From June 2022 to June 2023, Gaines has proven again what an incredible salesperson she is, with 203 homes sold with sales totaling over $62 million.
