The OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

From June 2022 to June 2023, the team sold 22 units with a total sales volume of more than $27 million, including 14 units priced over $1 million. Anderson and McCarter’s low cancellation rate of 13% reflects their professionalism and attention to detail – holding most high-priced contracts together while facing custom builds with a longer build cycle.
On top of their new home sales, Anderson and McCarter sold an additional 22 homes through their general brokerage efforts while helping in recruiting, training and maintaining near-perfect contracts.
