During the 43rd Annual OBIE Awards Event, the Sales Manager of the Year was presented to Shannon Daniels with Meritage Homes! The OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) to leaders in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Understanding what it takes to be a successful sales professional, Daniels is no stranger to the homebuilding industry and has worked in the real estate realm for over twenty years. Daniels joined Meritage Homes in early 2022 and immediately hit the ground running.

Along with her counterpart, Tom, Daniels effortlessly oversees a team of more than 20 sales counselors in 20 active communities. The OBIE winner supervised 765 home sales totaling over $318 million in a year. Even more impactful than her impressive numbers, Daniels boasts the enduring ability to lead with compassion, empathy and integrity.
