Announced at this year’s 43rd Annual OBIE Awards, Dallas Hoade with Copper Sky Design + Remodel was honored with the OBIE Award for Remodeler of the Year! On behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) to recognize the leaders in the metro Atlanta new home construction industry.

Boasting more than 20 years of experience, Hoade joined Copper Sky Design + Remodel in September of 2021 as a Construction Project Manager and quickly was promoted to Director of Production. Hoade is responsible for all aspects of construction for Copper Sky, including budgets, management of personnel and subcontractors, budgets and client satisfaction.

Hoade works hard to deepen relationships with trade partners and focuses heavily on incorporating new trade partners into the Copper Sky Design + Remodel sphere. Well-liked by clients, co-workers and subcontractors, Hoade has contributed to a more efficient construction model that supports profitable and punctual project results.
