The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Providence Custom Homes, LLC for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Remodeling – Kitchen Over $50,000 category for the home located at 372 King Road in Atlanta. The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The focus of this project was to update a tired kitchen in $2 million-plus Buckhead home. The owners desired a space that was usable and durable, yet still beautiful. The project met the owner’s desire of combining new and old materials to create a timeless space. Although the kitchen itself needed to be a statement piece for the home, the owners were on a very strict budget that was not exceeded.
