Preston Esco, Construction Manager with Fischer Homes

Fischer Homes, a leading U.S. home builder, announces the promotion of Preston Esco to Construction Manager with the Atlanta Division. Esco started at Fischer Homes in 2021 as a Field Manager III and has been promoted to Field Manager IV and Construction Manager during this short time.

Experienced in new residential construction, Esco previously worked at a mid-sized builder in the Atlanta market, working his way from Assistant Field Manager to an experienced Field Manager.

Esco is disciplined in his daily routine and can drive efficiencies through existing processes. He is skilled in communication, public speaking and project management. Strong professional with a diverse background in leadership and a passion to be a part of a larger vision.

A graduate of the University of North Georgia with a degree in Biology, He lives in Dawsonville. He enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and being involved with his local church.
