The builder is seeking an individual with 5 to 10 years experience in residential estimating and purchasing. A college education is desired. Computer skills are a must. Job duties include estimating new plans, working with vendors and contractors, giving input on new products, researching new products, working with architects, reviewing invoices, preparing special pricing requests and working with the management team.
