Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Park Springs distributed an event flyer encouraging attendance at an onsite event. The Park Springs event mailer exceeded expectations in attracting new qualified leads and sustaining the interest of existing leads. The Gilbert & Sheppard Group team utilized a multi-fold, self-mailing flyer that included event details and elements important to the active adult market, which included an active and independent lifestyle, healthy dining options, social activities, recreation and onsite healthcare options. Because of the flyer’s distribution, the community experienced increased traffic to its website and Facebook page, increased sales and had a high turnout for an onsite event.
