As home prices in metro Atlanta steadily rise, many buyers are concerned about being pushed out of the market. With several exciting new home communities planned to hit the Atlanta market in early 2019, regional home builder Paran Homes strives to ease those worries and provide affordable homes in new, convenient communities. On today’s All About Real Estate episode, President of Paran Homes, Michael Rosenberg discusses new product lines, new communities and new opportunities for 2019.
Rosenberg has more than 20 years in the real estate and residential construction industry. His career originated in sales and marketing through Atlanta homebuilders such as Ashton Woods, Winmark Homes, Rocklyn Homes, Acadia Homes and Taylor Morrison. Rosenberg has been in Atlanta since 1996 and mentions how he has witnessed first-hand the changes of the city and industry each year; which is invaluable when creating a new product targeting the desires of today’s buyers.
Paran Homes was founded in 2010 and boasts of beautifully crafted homes and imaginative communities in some of the Southeast’s hottest housing markets, including Atlanta, Nashville and Raleigh. Showcasing resort-style amenities and a stunning collection of new homes priced from the high $200,000s, Paran Homes’ Oakleigh Pointe in Paulding County is rapidly catching the attention of metro Atlanta new home buyers. Rosenberg describes this community as the greatest hidden gem in Paulding County with amazing amenities and a showcase of Paran Homes brand new product line. “It is by far one of our best-selling communities,” he states. “It has a lot to offer – amenities, affordability and a great school system.”
