Using her expertise to connect with prospective buyers and develop relationships with on-stie agents, Stotts is well-known for her creative problem solving, impeccable organizational skills and keen sense of humor. Through compassion and knowledge, Stotts effortlessly puts homebuyers at ease as they navigate through the daunting homebuying process.
Currently, Stotts manages approximately 20 Century Communities across the metro Atlanta area and oversees incoming prospects via phone calls, emails, website, text messages and online chat.
Stotts has managed over three thousand leads and set more than 250 appointments with over 80 homebuyers going under contract or closed. The award winner has contributed to more than $32 million in sales for Century Communities and believes that there is nothing more rewarding than being a part of helping individuals achieve the ‘American Dream’ of owning a new home.
