Design center offers extensive selections for Paulding County home buyers

For the first time ever, Artisan Built home buyers will have the opportunity to visit this professional design space and make selections for their new home build.

As part of the homebuying process, buyers who opt to build a home at NatureWalk at Seven Hills will have a two-hour design meeting with Artisan Built’s professional interior designer at the new design center. Located within the Rabun model home, this space includes all the builder’s standard features on display, as well as extensive upgrade options. Just some of the options that can be viewed at the design center include granite or quartz countertop options, various flooring choices, exterior brick or stone accents, paint colors, tile options for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, cabinetry handles and pulls, painted or stained cabinets, and even unique features such as shiplap.

Presently, home buyers can choose from one of three neighborhoods within NatureWalk at Seven Hills. Rosemont offers traditional single-family homes that are part of the Estate Series with prices from the mid-$300,000s. NorthFarm features single-family farmhouse style homes priced from the high $200,000s, while Stratford is a 55-plus active adult community featuring private amenities and prices from the $270,000s.
