There’s plush Atlanta real estate, and then there’s this house. Easily the most expensive home in Metro Atlanta, the West Paces Ferry mansion can be yours for a measly $19.9 million (before taxes and closing costs.) The home was recently featured on Yahoo.com for its unique and budding acting career.

While the home has yet to find a new buyer, it has received plenty of attention from the media. The mansion’s unbelievable pool was featured on HGTV’s “Million Dollar Rooms” in January. In the 2009 film “Zombieland,” the mansion plays home to Bill Murray and is seemingly unscathed by the zombie apocalypse. If you browse through the screenshots, you may see some familiar locations including the foyer and home theater. More recently, filming for the new Three Stooges movie took place at the mansion over the past week.

If you’re looking for a home where extravagance is the rule and not the exception, consider this: The mansion includes nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, seven full kitchens, two gyms, a ballroom, recording studio, hair salon, nail salon, wellness center, cigar room, home theater and courtyard pool.

The mansion was built in 2008 and features a whopping 40,000 square feet of space. So if you’re in the market for a new home and have an extra $20 million or so laying around, check out the West Paces Ferry mansion.
