Metro Atlanta Realtors are invited to attend Fischer Homes’ Designs on Parade Realtor VIP Preview event at Barrett Landing in Cumming. Held on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, attendees can tour designs from nationally recognized architects and the Fischer Homes design team, including the community’s brand new Marshall model home.

The stunning Marshall model home offers more than 3,800 square feet of living space, including a spacious family room, luxurious owner’s suite, three secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets, a gourmet kitchen, formal living and dining rooms and a first floor guest suite. The new model home will give both agents and home buyers the opportunity to see the many features and finishes offered by Fischer Homes.

In addition to the Marshall model home, event attendees will also be able to tour the move-in ready Clayton, Yale and Bradford homes.

At the VIP Preview, Fischer Homes will be giving away a $1,500 travel gift card to one lucky Realtor! The gift card will be good to the parade of the winner’s choice in New York City, Pasadena or New Orleans. Plus, a variety of other great prizes will be given away during the event. The Realtor VIP Preview, which kicks off the annual Designs on Parade event, will be held Thursday, Sept. 18 from 4 until 7 p.m. at 1685 Kingsbury Drive in Cumming.

To attend the Designs on Parade event, take GA 400 North to Highway 141 via exit 13 and proceed west. Highway 141 becomes Bethelview Road. Travel approximately 3.3 miles and turn right onto Kelly Mill Road. Continue approximately 1 mile to Barrett Landing on your left.
