Announced at the 43rd Annual OBIE Awards, South on Main by The JW Collection takes home the OBIE Award for the Master Planned Community of the Year. On behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), the OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC).
