The happy homeowners were excited to grow their family but with a new baby on the way, they knew their home needed more functional living spaces. The clients also wanted a fresh, modern spin on their current home. Level Craft Construction delivered, getting right down to the studs!

The renovation team made the biggest changes on the main level, clearing out most of the walls to create an open-concept living area. A spacious living room offers easy access to an open kitchen and cozy breakfast nook. The new wide-open main floor now offers more space and better access to every room for seamless entertaining. In addition, the already spacious area looks even bigger due to expert design choices like crisp white walls and trim and several large windows, allowing in ample natural lighting.

The natural lighting and clean white walls extend into the new kitchen with an added island. This room now boasts cohesive white cabinets, countertops, a range hood and a herringbone backsplash. These features are broken up with a splash of golden color in unique hanging lighting fixtures and cabinet handles.

The first floor also houses a separate room partitioned by sliding barn doors. This modern farmhouse feature boasts matte black fixtures and light blue coloring. The doors break up the uniformity of the rest of the main living area and help to create a homey and welcoming feel within this newly renovated space.

In addition to recreating the brand-new first floor, Level Craft Construction also stacked an addition over the main level. This brand-new second level now features an expansive owner’s suite, as well as a convenient laundry room.

After the Level Craft team got ahold of this home, it is hardly recognizable! The stunning interior designs and layout perfectly fit the client’s dreams. Although the interior received a huge makeover, the eye-catching front exterior façade was not touched, leaving a beautiful home inside and out.
