The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Lennar for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Builder Marketing Campaign/Promotion category for the “Lennar’s Blue Christmas” 2011 holiday marketing campaign. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

Lennar Atlanta developed a multi-faceted “Lennar’s Blue Christmas” marketing campaign (for all of its Atlanta division communities) that reached key audiences via a variety of mediums, including social media, direct marketing, broadcast and onsite community events to drive both online and foot traffic, resulting in well above goal sales during the campaign period (November 21, 2011 – January 8, 2012) and in the months following. The campaign was intended to combat the typical slow selling season of late November and December with a compelling marketing campaign that increased awareness and drove potential homebuyers and Realtors to Lennar Atlanta’s sales centers.  The most notable results from the campaign included 289 new Facebook likes, eblast open rates above national average, internet leads up 92% over the previous year, 385 new foot traffic visitors and 28 total sales.
