Whitney Kemmerick, marketing manager with LEGOLAND Discovery Center Atlanta, joins host Todd Schnick and co host Carol Morgan for this weeks Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio edition of Around Atlanta.

Whitney has been with LEGOLAND Discovery Center since the beginning in 2012. Whitney has been around Atlanta her entire life, going to University of Georgia.

LEGOLAND Discovery Center is located in Phipps Plaza open everyday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with tickets as low as $12.50. Some of the classic favorites are the 4D movie theatre with real life effects included in the admission, two LEGO themed rides and much more.

LEGOLAND Discovery Center is more than just a store; it is 35,000 square feet of a family friendly attraction. One of the newest attractions at LEGOLAND is the Pirate Adventure Island including a climbing area that is three-stories tall, a little kid “jail”, treasures to be found, a water table with pirate ships and a real pirate ship to play in. The targeted age for this attraction is three to ten years old, however if you are a LEGO lover you will love it all.

LEGOLAND has adult nights on the third Thursday nights of every month with exclusive giveaways, building competitions and more fun and prizes. Adults will get to ride the rides as often as possible, the movies will be available but there is also an adult to twist to the night and games. Occasionally, there will be snacks and treats available as well as special guests.

There is also a LEGO factory tour that is very interactive and family friendly, you will also be able to walk away at the end of the tour with a collectible LEGO brick.
