Sales Consultant with Kolter Homes, Chris D’Amico, is in the studio for today’s episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group discusses Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes on this All About Real Estate Segment of Radio.
Kolter Homes is a privately owned company based out of Palm Beach County in Florida. It builds in over 15 communities throughout Florida, and in several communities throughout the Southeast. Kolter Homes builds in the greater Charlotte area, on the South Carolina coast and in Georgia.
“The same type of active adult communities we build in are branded as Cresswind,” said D’Amico. “Wherever you see a Cresswind on the Kolter website, those communities are always geared towards or targeted for active adults.”
Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes is a gated community of around 1,300 homes. Since opening for sales about four months ago, the community sold over 100 homes. Phase I is almost completely sold out, and Phase II is scheduled to be ready for sales in November. Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes recently welcomed its first families in the community’s inventory homes.
The five-star amenities at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes is one of the several factors that continue to draw in potential homeowners. One of the main amenity highlights, the pickleball court, recently began construction. Eventually, there will be over 30 courts. A 27,000 square foot clubhouse is also in the works, complete with indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics, card rooms, billiards, art studios and more. In addition, the clubhouse is right on the lake, meaning future residents can enjoy fishing, kayaking and other water activities.
“On top of all that, we have a full-time lifestyle director,” said D’Amico. “She’s there right now to get things rolling. She’s already started to plan events with the homeowners and customers that are under contract. This is something that people can look forward to for many years to come. There will be groups and clubs to joins, concerts, dinners, dances. The calendar is full of things to do at Cresswind.”
Located in Hoschton and 50 miles north of Atlanta, Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes is just off I-85. Residents can enjoy easy access to both the city and the mountains while living in a quaint, rural setting. With a downtown area filled with entertainment opportunities, several restaurants to try and incredible health care facilities within minutes, Hoschton is the full package for active adults.
