Atlanta Bisnow Multifamily Conference

Bisnow Multifamily Annual ConferenceInterior design firm Crosby Design Group is pleased to announce that Jennifer Crosby has been selected to present at the upcoming Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) Southeast. This event takes place at the Westin Buckhead on Tuesday, September 10 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Jennifer Crosby, President and CEO of Crosby Design Group, joins Brian Oates Managing Director, Development of Pollack Shores and Richard Aaronson, CEO of Atlantic Residential, two Crosby Design Group clients, among others, on a panel focusing on “Construction, Development and Value-Add.” The panel is moderated by John Topping Jr., Director of Newmark Knight Frank, and it takes place from 12:45 to 1:30 p.m.

“Constructing buildings that provide spaces for how people live today is important, whether it is the fitness center of an apartment building, the lobby of a condo building or an individual unit within a building,” said Jennifer Crosby, President of Crosby Design Group. “Designing unique interiors that engage your sensory modes immediately upon entering a building is always our goal. Jennifer Crosby, an Atlanta native, founded Crosby Design Group in 2000. As President and CEO, her leadership role encompasses design oversight and forging new business relationships. Her interior design experience spans 25 years within various markets including multifamily, commercial, 55-plus, student housing and residential. Crosby serves on the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 55+ Council and is an associate member of IIDA. With two studio locations, Crosby Design Group services clients throughout the Southeast.

This annual conference is designed to help professionals in the multifamily market navigate the changing real estate and economic landscape in Atlanta and beyond. A number of experts from the co-living, senior housing and active adult spaces will speak on subjects related to the growth in the rental market, the active-urban lifestyle, the focus on millennials choosing to live in the city core over the suburbs, how to build for both the present and future, and more.

BMAC Southeast is approved by the Institute of Real Estate Management – IREM® Georgia Chapter for 5 Continuing Education Credits by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
