The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates
Atlanta remodeler Intown Renovations Group for winning a Gold OBIE in the Remodeling category for a kitchen under $75,000. Intown Renovations Group gives special thanks to the homeowners, as well as Brian Patterson of Brian Patterson Designs – architect and photographs, Suzanne Harriman, the project coordinator and Kelly Thacker, site manager.

The objective of this remodeling project was to provide better use of the downstairs space. Four rooms were converted into 2 rooms and the laundry room was converted into a mud room to provide better access to the outside patio. The homeowners love to entertain, but the layout of the kitchen, formal dining room, den and living room did not provide adequate flow for their guests to mingle during parties. In addition, it was difficult to keep an eye on the children. The kitchen’s new design is roomy and aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen cabinets now go t the ceiling for maximum storage and efficiency, the new mudroom provides convenient access to the outside grill.
