Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Vanessa Hunter with Edward Andrews Homes for winning Online Specialist of the Year at the 2017 OBIE Awards. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Since joining Edward Andrews Homes (EA Homes) as Digital Sales Consultant in 2016, Vanessa Hunter has had a tremendous impact on the online contribution to sales. As the marketing team focuses on generating new leads through the website, digital campaigns and various offline platforms, Vanessa serves as the “catch all” for incoming leads. Through a very specialized follow-up process, Vanessa aims to convert 25 to 30 percent of leads to onsite foot traffic within 30 days of their reach point of contact.

Vanessa continues to set new standards each month as she exceeds her goals. In 2017, Vanessa has set 301 appointments with 250 of those kept. Vanessa’s ability to convert leads to onsite traffics shows in her conversion rate of 35.5 percent to date. Through these lead conversions, Vanessa has contributed to 15.2 percent of EA Homes’ sales this year and strives to increase this to approximately 30 percent by the end of the year.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 37th anniversary in 2017. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards are named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given.
